You can reach our team directly from your Upstart Portal using Messenger.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Log into your Upstart Portal.
Click the teal chevron icon in the bottom right corner.
Select “Upstart Loan Support.”
Fill in the required fields.
Click “Create Ticket.”
Once submitted a confirmation email will be sent to you.
You may continue the conversation either in Messenger or via Email whichever works best for you.

Please include as much detail as possible (Dealer Name, Applicant Name, Loan ID) so we can respond quickly and accurately.
A Note About Outstanding Stips
We’re actively working to improve our process for handling outstanding stipulations. As we refine this system, please note the following:
Our Support Team will reach out with any outstanding stips and send reminders periodically to ensure loans do not expire.
You may respond with the required documentation by replying directly to the email or in Messenger. You’re also welcome to upload stips directly into the portal.
Important: After uploading stips into the portal, please follow up with our team (via email or Messenger) to let us know the upload is complete. This step ensures we can process requests faster and provide you with a better, more streamlined experience.
