What are Audit Logs?
Audit Logs give dealers a centralized, deal-level record of key credit events. This allows you to:
Track every action taken on a deal from start to finish
See exactly who performed each action and when
Monitor activity across Upstart, RouteOne, and DealerTrack
Filter and export logs for compliance or internal reviews
Where to Find Audit Logs
Audit Logs are available in two places:
1. Deal-Level View
Navigate to a specific deal in the Credit Dashboard
Select the “Credit Audit Log” tab
This view shows all activity tied to that specific customer and deal.
2. Dashboard View
Access audit logs across multiple deals
Use filters to quickly locate activity
